a little bit about me...
I am a Women's Health Practitioner with a focus on womb-care and lifestyle medicine. My mission is to help women heal, feel well, and thrive through energy medicine, herbalism, and womb-centered care.
I curate ceremonial sessions and practitioner trainings for medicine women, artists, and healers to deepen their craft and
live the life of their wildest visions and dreams. My offerings are soulful, accessible, and rooted in reverence.
For over a decade I have been immersed in the study of somatic practices, rites-of-passage, and
diverse trainings. With a well-rounded background in everything from ayurveda to craniosacral therapy,
elemental qigong, Mayan abdominal massage, herbalism, and Reiki, I offer from a rich foundation of modalities and
blend these teachings with my own earth-centered approach to living beautifully.
Having been initiated onto the energy medicine path at an early age, my body of work offers a rare opportunity for others to be empowered as they come home to their essential self. I create nurturing and inspiring containers for women to explore how lifestyle choices, rituals, and self-care can impact their reality and how they show up in the world.
My approach to the healing arts is inspired by years of travel, mystical study, and an ongoing journey into my own wholeness. My work is centered around tending the womb as the creative matrix of all life. From this place, I guide women to create lifestyle rhythms that support their physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health. I am in the midst of building a year-long training program for women who are invested in sharing and growing their gifts with each other and the world.
I am trained as a Women's Health Practitioner, Craniosacral Therapist, Qigong Guide, Reiki Master, and Folk Medicine Guide.

As someone who works intimately with plants, I keep both feet firmly rooted in the soil. This grounded perspective allows me to help people mystify their lives by demystifying the world of energy work.

I don’t believe there is one specific way to live a spiritual life. My offerings are flexible, inviting people from all walks of their spiritual practice to deepen their connection to the earth and to source energy—the only prerequisite is an open heart and the willingness to reciprocate.
